Welcome to Angler Graphics

Anglers News Update: Here we are at the end of another winter - and approaching another spring, which looks like it may begin very early. For 2012, Angler Graphics has some new products and some new old products. We started out 30 years ago making fairly large scale detailed maps of central Kentucky's "small" fishing lakes. In a way, we're returning to that partially this year. Improvements in technology now make it possible to produce full color, incredibly detailed maps of the small lakes in 11" by 17" size, and available to you at a great price; $3.95 each.
We've already completed the conversion on two of them, Wilgreen and Linville, with many others to come as demand indicates. Of course, all our 8.5" by 11" individual small lakes maps, and the book containing twelve of them are still available right here too. The compact disc in the picture is just to show size - most everybody is familiar with the size of a CD. Dealers and dock operators, feel free to give us a call about wholesale prices.

On another note and mostly just for your information - we are well underway with another project of limited interest to Kentucky anglers (except those that go to the North Carolina coast on vacation). This spring, Angler Graphics will be producing a map of public beach access points on the Outer Banks of North Carolina from Kitty Hawk to Oregon Inlet. If you're unfamiliar with the area, in addition to great beaches and the fun that goes with them, this is one of the finest saltwater fisheries on planet earth. There are five public piers in the area and 25 miles of very fishable surf. We go regularly now, having family living in the area. One member of that family, in his own oceangoing fishing rig, catches fish in excess of a hundred pounds a couple of miles offshore. I myself hooked and fought something for forty five minutes from the Nags Head pier before losing it in the surf. Whatever it was had a very heavy, stiff muskie rod resembling the noodles in chicken noodle soup. There is a video to back up this story! If you've never been, it's about 11 hours east and a great vacation.

Who is Angler Graphics?

Since 1980, Angler Graphics has been providing mapping of Central Kentucky facilities specifically created for sport and tournament professional fishing. Our maps are topographic and contour maps based on mapping that was available before these man-made lakes were built. They include information on what is on the bottom of the lake, including houses, wooded areas, channels, stumps, or other structures and submerged features that might be of interest to anglers. Every effort is made to clearly show all of these features on our maps, so that anglers are well informed as to what lies under the waters surface. If you would like to read more about the history of our company or its founder, Clint Land, feel free to navigate to the History page.

Through the last 32 years, we have been the subject of numerous media articles in the region, many of which may be viewed on the Scrapbook page. Our products are available from the many dealers listed on the Dealer page, or may be ordered directly using the Purchase page. You may also order by mail, and can find our address on the Contact page, along with our phone number which you are welcome to call for further information. Other timely information can be found below the product information listed on this page. Here is a brief listing of the products available for the 2012 fishing season, all of which can be ordered on the Purchase page.
